Megan Gale
Gale has won a modeling contest in Perth at the age of 18. Gale won a modelling competition in Perth, at the age of 18. Following a number of years in the field, Gale became famous when she was chosen as a model in an advertisement for Omnitel which is an Italian telecom company (now Vodafone Italy). The ads featured her from 2006 onwards, and was retained in 2003 in 2003 by the Australian Tourist Commission as the 'face of Australia in Italy.' Gale graced covers for Australian Marie Claire and Grazia. The model has also been featured in Italian Maxim and Australian InStyle. Gale has collaborated with Italian designers, such as Gianfranco Fere, Genny and Gai Mattiolo as well as at the shows of Mariella Burani Angelo Marani, and Milan Fashion Week. Gale favors many Australian fashion designers including Colette Dinnigan and Kirrily. Johnston. Willow, Alex Perry, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, etc. She was also the fashion analyst for Australian TV's Logies awards in 2006. Gale announced in January 2008 her decision to retire in fashion after fifteen successful years. A few weeks later on, during the unveiling of the David Jones winter collection in Sydney, Gale walked for her last time on the catwalk. For her last look she donned Wonder Woman's outfit in her Justice League of America movie that was never released. Gale was back on the runway in March of 2011 and finished her Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011.
